As you know I had purchased my first hearing aids in 2006 in Santa Cruz. When I relocated to Pacific Grove I came to your office and was tested and received new hearing aids, which have made such a difference in my hearing. Since that time, I have had no difficulty in wearing the aids no with my hearing. Furthermore, the total cost after first purchasing the aids has been zero, except for ear mold cleaner and a dehumidifier for storage at night. Your office cleans the aids and gives me batteries at no cost. You have tested my hearing on several occasions at no cost. I find this amazing! I know I will have to eventually replace the aids and buy batteries, but I know the cost will be fair. That's how you do business. In a world where nothing is done right the first time, I have found that coming to your office has been a pleasure. You and your wife Dawn have set high standards.
